Raffle rules
- Winner will receive a 2024 Carolina Skiff 21 LS boat, Suzuki DF115 and a LoadRite Alum Single Axle Trailer
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
- Online ticket sale ends, February 26, 2024 at 11:55pm
- Drawing to be held on February 29, 2024 at the CCA NC East Carolina Chapter, Rock Springs Center, 4025 NC-43, Greenville, NC 27834
- The winner would be responsible for picking up the boat from a North Carolina location.
- Winner will be chosen by a Random selection.
- Winner need not be present to win.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and registration fees.
- Winners will be contacted via Phone, email and/or Mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing.
- Prize is offered “as is” at time of drawing.
- Tickets are $50 each (suggested minimum donation).
- Any Personal and contact information provided while contacting will be confidential.
- The Raffle and drawing are being conducted by Coastal Conservation Association North Carolina (a Non-Profit Under section 501(c)(3) whose principal place of business is 4809 Hargrove Road, Raleigh North Carolina
- Funds from the Raffle will support CCA North Carolina’s Legal Defense Fund as we continue forward in our legal action against the State of NC for their mismanagement of your public trust resource. Proceeds will also be used for future habitat projects across the state, in an effort to restore, enhance and protect marine resources across North Carolina’s coastal environments.
